Company campuses

Shift changes and notices, across the site.

Scheduled announcements for shifts, breaks and visitors, different messages in different buildings, and one button for what can't wait.

The Log showing what played, when and why

Workplace announcements that run themselves

A campus repeats itself: the shift change, the start and end of breaks, the end-of-day reminder, the visitor notice at the front gate. Easy Event Paging plays each of those at its time, every working day, at a steady level, without anyone at a microphone.

With zones, different buildings can hear different things at the same time: a break announcement in the plant while the office stays quiet. Facilities staff can play or talk live from an iPhone wherever they are, and the Log keeps a clear record of what played, when and why.

A Mac mini can run it all day as a fixed install. Easy Event Paging is not an emergency notification system: for real emergencies, keep using your site's own alarm and procedures.
